Care
VOSKET journals are made to be used.
The leather will soften, mark, darken, and develop character over time. These changes are part of the material and part of the life of the object.
Leather
Each journal is made from Italian vegetable-tanned leather.
Vegetable-tanned leather changes naturally with use. Oils from your hands, sunlight, movement, and daily handling will all affect the surface over time.
Small marks, scratches, and changes in tone should be expected.
They are not faults.
They are part of how the journal becomes personal through use.
Daily Use
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct heat, and strong sunlight.
If the leather gets wet, gently blot it with a soft dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.
Do not use artificial heat.
Cleaning
For general care, wipe the leather with a clean, dry cloth.
Avoid household cleaners, alcohol-based products, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
Leather conditioners may darken or change the finish, so test carefully in an unseen area before applying.
