Materials

VOSKET is made from materials chosen for long-term use.

Each component is selected for how it feels, wears, and performs over time. The aim is not perfection, but usefulness, tactility, and character through repeated handling.

Italian vegetable-tanned leather

Each journal is handcrafted using Italian vegetable-tanned leather.

Vegetable-tanned leather is chosen for the way it changes with use. It softens, darkens, marks, and develops a surface that becomes more personal over time.

Small variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of the material.

The leather is not designed to remain untouched. It is designed to be carried, opened, handled, and used.

FSC-certified Italian paper

Notebook refills are made using 100gsm FSC-certified Italian paper.

The paper is selected for everyday writing, sketching, planning, and note-taking. It has enough weight for regular use while remaining flexible inside the refillable journal system.

Refills are available in blank, ruled, and dotted layouts.

Recycled kraft covers

Each notebook refill is finished with a recycled kraft cover.

The cover is simple, durable, and designed to sit naturally within the journal system. It protects the pages while keeping the refill lightweight and easy to replace as it fills.

Solid brass hardware

VOSKET journals are finished with solid brass hardware.

Brass is used for its weight, durability, and ability to develop character over time. Like the leather, it may mark and change with use.

These changes are part of the object’s life.

Organic cotton elastic

The journal system is held together with organic cotton elastic.

It secures the notebook refills while allowing them to be removed and replaced over time. The elastic keeps the system flexible, simple, and easy to use.

Made to change through use

The materials are chosen to age, soften, mark, and continue.

The leather journal is the part designed to stay. The notebook refills are the part designed to change.

Together, they form a system for thinking over time.
